"Friend i MIZZ the Mozt" Award for week of JUNE 11th

The award for "Friend i MIZZ the Mozt" goes to.......

bbiest youngerz!

reasons:

a) i never posted any pics of him during my goodbi party review even tho he was a major part of the events.

b) he recently had a commitment cermony and didn' t invite me. i'm hoping he sees this award and realize what a shitty friend he is.

c) he is on the verge of buying a ticket to visit me and this award might be the final push that will make him actually go through with it.

losin it to guadalajara

Guadalajara is great. The temperature could drop a few degrees but other than that I wouldn't change a thing. The city has beautiful architecture, it's easy to get around, delicious veggie food and blah blah blah...

Here is a typical scene you would see on your average day.

A cute little fat girl walking away from an uber old fountain.

The best part about the city isn´t the food or even the really hot gay scene. It´s the people! Isaac, my roommate, has been very good at including me in all his social activities.

weird couple, mauxie and isaac

Here is a picture of Isaac, this girlfriend, Mauxie, and their new friends. The couple turned out to be very strange and different from Isaac, Mauxie and me so we ended up making fun of them for the rest of the night. Hanging out with Isaac made me see that Mexicans aren´t so different from Americans after all!

As great as this city is, I do get homesick from time to time. Once a week I try to stop at the local STARBUCKS to keep me in check. After all, I don't want to forget were I come from.

I guess you can take the starbucks out of bb char but you can' t bb char out of the starbucks!

I don't speak Spanish and yet the very first time I walked in there, I intuitively knew to order a ´grande moka frappĂ© grande, andale!'

This starbucks is a little special though. Not only do I get a cool, icy beverage but I manage to pick up a cute boy as well. Now, come on, me picking up a guy in a STARBUCKS could NEVER happen in the US of A. hrmmm....well, I suppose that I did technically picked up a guy at a STARBUCKS once in San Francisco. Like I mentioned earlier, the similarities between Mexico and USA are uncanny!!!
